  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, Industrial Internet of Things, or smart manufacturing environments is required.
  • Strong experience with programmable logic controller and supervisory control and data acquisition systems, automation, instrumentation, and test system development is required.
  • Experience with intelligent products, embedded controls, and data-driven manufacturing environments is required.
  • Advanced programmable logic controller programming skills are required.
  • A strong understanding of supervisory control and data acquisition systems, industrial communication protocols, and system integration is required.
  • Experience with test automation, instrumentation, firmware validation, and control logic development is required.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things platforms, data acquisition systems, analytics, Structured Query Language, Python, and Power BI or similar tools is required.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, and enterprise analytics integrations is required.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments is required.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities are required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead smart testing and automation initiatives for intelligent pump products.
  • Drive adaptive testing logic, automated sequencing, and test optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support development of automated test systems and validation platforms.
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps for next-generation test automation solutions.
  • Support programmable logic controller programming, supervisory control and data acquisition development, maintenance, and lifecycle management for global test systems.
  • Standardize programmable logic controller and supervisory control and data acquisition architecture, reusable logic libraries, diagnostics, and safety functions.
  • Coordinate control logic updates, version control, and system integration activities.
  • Develop scalable and reusable test program logic aligned with intelligent pump control systems.
  • Support firmware testing, validation, and automated test sequence development.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate control algorithms and performance strategies.
  • Support centralized test data platforms with standardized data structures and governance.
  • Drive automation of data acquisition, validation, analytics, reporting, and archival processes.
  • Enable real-time analytics, predictive insights, and performance monitoring across global operations.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for test performance, equipment utilization, and operational trends.
  • Support quality, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams with data-driven insights.
  • Deliver automated compliance, validation, and audit reporting.
  • Establish and maintain global standards for testing procedures, instrumentation, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and customer standards.
  • Support audits, customer visits, and digital traceability initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in test efficiency, equipment reliability, first-pass yield, and operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives using analytics-driven insights.
  • Contribute to global operational excellence and standardization programs.
  • Support Industrial Internet of Things connectivity and integration with manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning, product lifecycle management, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as digital twins, adaptive controls, and smart automation.
  • Support deployment of automated test infrastructure and standardized human-machine interface and supervisory control and data acquisition interfaces.
  • Maintain digital documentation for test systems, control logic, calibration, and validation records.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to global engineering and operations teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, information technology, quality, and product teams.
