Requirements

  • Experience in designing questionnaires, programming, and launching online surveys with minimal guidance
  • Analysing statistical and numerical data, able to transform and combine data (often in Excel) ready for analysis, visualize and synthesize results
  • Some knowledge of market segmentation tools / market research analysis using segmentation
Responsibilities
  • Conducting depth telephone interviews with healthcare professionals
  • Accurately take notes and write-up interviews
  • Organising captured data in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist in preparing client deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist in proof reading and quality checking data and presentations
  • Ability to follow procedures and work to directed instructions from the team’s project manager
  • General project administration – assisting senior researchers with project initiation through to delivery
  • Conducting bespoke desk research to find relevant experts, institutions, specialities, contact details etc.
  • Some projects may involve quantitative research and experience in survey building and analysis is a bonus
