Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in data science, STEM, or a related quantitative field, or five years of equivalent work experience in lieu of the degree.
  • At least two years of equivalent data analysis work experience.
  • Previous experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
  • Oral and written communication skills, fluency in English, and active listening skills.
  • Intermediate technology skills, especially Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • In-office attendance is required except for designated full-time remote positions or occasional temporary accommodations.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with all areas of the business, with leadership assistance, to provide data solutions that translate business needs into actionable innovation.
  • Drive quantitative and qualitative insights, support data-driven decision-making, and propose recommendations to senior management.
  • Evaluate enterprise database solutions and the value of analyst-driven strategies using DMAIC principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Partner with teams to create training and accessible documentation that drive user adoption and engagement for the data team and system end users.
  • Respond to internal stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
  • Support and help facilitate Process Improvement Kaizen events and assist with developing business solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity in all deliverables.
  • Attend educational webinars, in-services, and seminars and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in interactions.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

  • Previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Ability to use complex pivot tables and functions.

Enhabit matches Q4 earnings estimates, shares surge 47.5% this year

Enhabit, a provider of home health and hospice services, reported fourth-quarter earnings of $0.14 per share, matching the Zacks Consensus Estimate.
