Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent staffing industry or professional services experience
  • Previous experience working in Client Services or Account Management
  • Solid understanding of MSP/VMS or Enterprise Accounts
  • Recruiting Background & Experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of job orders from the client through a vendor management system (VMS)
  • Distribute job orders to internal fulfillment team and manage submittal process for qualified candidates
  • Review and vet resumes to ensure candidates meet job requirements; work with recruitment on receiving additional information as needed or explaining when candidates do not meet requirements
  • Host or participate in qualification calls hosted by client contacts and provide information obtained to internal team
  • Coordinate, schedule and confirm interview details including time, location, contact information and additional notes for interviewing candidates
  • Request feedback on submitted candidates from managed accounts and relay information received to the designated team member(s)
  • Partner with internal teams to facilitate onboarding of new hires
  • Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
