We are looking for an Account Manager  to join our team. You will leading the account management efforts for our new staffing business unit by partnering closely with our recruiting and client services team to find talent for our global, enterprise clients.

Would you like to…

• Manage a high volume of job orders from the client through a vendor management system (VMS).
• Distribute job orders to internal fulfillment team and manage submittal process for qualified candidates.
• Review and vet resumes to ensure candidates meet job requirements; work with recruitment on receiving additional information as needed or explaining when candidates do not meet requirements
• Host or participate in qualification calls hosted by client contacts and provide information obtained to internal team
• Coordinate, schedule and confirm interview details including time, location, contact information and additional notes for interviewing candidates
• Request feedback on submitted candidates from managed accounts and relay information received to the designated team member(s)
• Partner with internal teams to facilitate onboarding of new hires
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations

We would like you to have…

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent staffing industry or professional services experience
• Previous experience working in Client Services or Account Management
• Solid understanding of MSP/VMS or Enterprise Accounts
• Recruiting Background & Experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication ability
• Strong customer service skills and business ethics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $100,000/year 

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
