Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for financial institutions after contracts have been signed
Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to help deploy bank deposit account products and services to customers on-time and within budget
Grow the customer relationship through education, training, and implementation of best practices
Master how to use internal tools to deploy out-of-the-box and tailored solutions
Collaborate with customers, understand their problems, and design applications using internal tools to address their needs
Participate in weekly calls with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure project success

Why we’re looking for you

With enormous growth and sales consistently beating quotas, we need our first Technical Account Manager to help complete grow relationships and complete product installations for all of our new customers. Our sales account executives, software engineers and product designers have been leading these efforts, but we require dedicated specialists focused on deploying products/services using our internal tools.

Our internal tools will allow both technical and non-technical candidates to deploy our product so you don’t need to be a software engineer to be successful in this role but we are looking for individuals who are fast learners and want to impress customers by going the extra mile with all of our deployments.

What you’ll do

No two days will be the same. You’ll work on project teams, directly engage with financial institutions to understand needs, answer questions, and ensure successful rollouts. As an early member, you’ll also help build processes to make our implementation team even more successful.

Enough coding knowledge to be dangerous, Javascript, Python
