Responsibilities
  • Move vehicles and transport parts as needed.
  • Pick up parts and assist with shop logistics.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Assist mechanics and support staff with basic repairs under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Perform shop cleanup and transition between varied support tasks.
  • Work at alternate City locations or field sites when required.
  • Attend meetings and conduct business with employees and the public in person and by telephone.
Desired Qualifications
  • Automotive knowledge is a bonus but is not required.
  • Understanding vehicle maintenance and repair terminology is a plus.
  • A polite and professional demeanor when assisting customers is preferred.
