- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related fields
- 2 - 3 years experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations Management, Inventory Management or related fields
- Proficiency in software (Google Sheets, Excel) complemented with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments, while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also fostering collaboration and cross-functional teamwork with stakeholders from multiple departments
- Proven team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prepare and provide weekly sequence plans to the production team to meet outbound requirements while actioning additional opportunities to maximize efficiency
- Enhance production line productivity through strategic resource and task allocation and support seamless changeovers to minimize downtimes
- Drive key metrics by refining crewing strategy for various functions within the DC
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement strategies to support continuous improvement from a production planning and sequencing mindset
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations Excellence and Logistics teams to align on a consensus sequence production plan and resolve any deviations from it
- Serve as the main point of contact for production planning-related issues, supporting root cause analysis initiatives and corrective action implementation
- Maintain production planning tools, related master data, and supporting dashboards
- Track and report variances between planned and actual labor schedules
- Report on planning KPIs including, but not limited to, production plan adherence, physical waste, labor planning, capacity accuracy, and cost metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned
