Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing teams (at least 3-5 years)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complex paratransit operations of a very large contract
  • Invent and spearhead new operational efficiency initiatives cross-functionally
  • Own the driver and vehicle supply planning and management process, ensuring tight supply and demand matching
  • Lead and coach a high performing team on live service management to consistently achieve high on-time performance
  • Manage partner relationships closely with the General Manager
  • Develop clear metrics for the team and visibility into results against KPIs and priorities to the on a weekly basis
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across various Via teams and offices and local operations staff
  • Tirelessly work to scale operational processes, products and systems to drive rapid growth
