Responsibilities
  • Support Iteration Planning by driving technical coordination across the ARTs is understood and reflected in ART and RMA plans
  • Identify significant work efforts that involve multiple ARTs and drive cross-team coordination
  • Lead and coordinate the Joint Product Team (JPT) for C2NT, coordinating with BC counterpart on agenda
  • Track and Manage PRs across the C2BMC
  • Track, Manage, and Assess Metrics across C2BMC
  • Assess and Refine metrics to provide actionable data
  • Integrates and de-conflicts Solution Chief Spiral/Blocks (i.e., ensure that changes are coordinated and understood across all spirals and appropriate phasing is documented)
  • Establish and Manage the C2BMC Program Roadmap
  • Coordinate with solution management and solution chiefs to identify impacts and develop recommended changes to the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS)
  • Coordinate the SEIT board for integration, ensuring the right people are engaged
  • ECPs, EEs for TIs, Issue Resolutions
  • Review SEIT proposals for alignment with and impact on Program Roadmap, as well as how to cover adequately during next iteration planning (e.g., upcoming OM&S Projects, TIs, ECPs)
  • Ensure technical integrity and consistency of proposals; this requires coordination with other ART/RMA technical leads, solutions chiefs, and other appropriate technical leadership
  • Ensure the Capability Landing Page is populated and prioritized
