Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically focused on payments, with a preference for those with experience in the lending sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present to high-level executives.
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology, a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of sales success, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving team environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategically expand PayNearMe’s presence within large accounts, focusing on the lending industry and adjacent sectors.
- Engage in daily business development activities, including lead follow-up and targeted account prospecting.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and bi-annual sales quotas, maintaining a robust sales pipeline through Salesforce.com.
- Master and maintain comprehensive knowledge of PayNearMe’s product suite, ensuring you can effectively address client needs.
- Challenge prospects existing business processes and educate on new technologies to address legacy business pains
- Identify key buying personas and ability to discuss relevant business challenges for each
- Respond effectively to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to our marketing and product development teams to aid in PayNearMe’s evolution.
