Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the men’s 1P brands, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including designers, developers, and product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Own the entire product development process from concept through to production and delivery, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the design and development of men’s 1P apparel and accessories, ensuring products are trend-driven, innovative, and meet customer expectations.
  • Leverage market research and customer insights to create streetwear collections that are both commercially successful and culturally relevant.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to maintain the brand’s position as a leader in streetwear.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to build cohesive product assortments that balance creativity with commercial viability.
  • Monitor sales performance and key product metrics, using data to optimize product offerings and inform future collections.
  • Drive product pricing, inventory management, and profitability in collaboration with finance and supply chain teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that product narratives, visual storytelling, and campaigns align with the brand’s core identity and appeal to the target audience.
  • Partner with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure seamless product launches and consistent brand experience across all channels.
