We are seeking a visionary Global Head of Brands to lead our men’s streetwear first-party (1P) product lines from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in omnichannel fashion, a deep understanding of streetwear culture, and the ability to drive product innovation that meets both brand and consumer needs. This role will oversee the product lifecycle, including design, development, merchandising, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring all products align with the Company’s vision and business goals.
Leadership & Strategy
- Drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the men’s 1P brands, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including designers, developers, and product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
- Own the entire product development process from concept through to production and delivery, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to drive growth and customer engagement.
Product Development & Innovation
- Oversee the design and development of men’s 1P apparel and accessories, ensuring products are trend-driven, innovative, and meet customer expectations.
- Leverage market research and customer insights to create streetwear collections that are both commercially successful and culturally relevant.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to maintain the brand’s position as a leader in streetwear.
Merchandising & Analytics
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to build cohesive product assortments that balance creativity with commercial viability.
- Monitor sales performance and key product metrics, using data to optimize product offerings and inform future collections.
- Drive product pricing, inventory management, and profitability in collaboration with finance and supply chain teams.
Brand Alignment & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that product narratives, visual storytelling, and campaigns align with the brand’s core identity and appeal to the target audience.
- Partner with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure seamless product launches and consistent brand experience across all channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in product development, merchandising, or creative leadership within the fashion industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in leading product lines for a DTC brand, preferably within the streetwear or urban apparel sector.
- Strong knowledge of streetwear culture, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
- Experience managing product lifecycles, from concept to commercialization, in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical production practices.
