Requirements
- At least 1 year of custodial experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned areas using established practices and procedures according to company and client quality and safety standards.
- Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles and remove waste paper and rubbish to designated areas.
- Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas.
- Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces.
- Remove finger marks and smudges from vertical surfaces, including doors, doorframes, light switches, private entrance glass, and partitions.
- Keep the janitor’s closet clean, neat, and orderly.
- Perform other assigned jobs and duties as needed.
- Interact frequently with the client when required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience cleaning in healthcare facilities is preferred.
