  • Act as point of escalation for clients and key stakeholders internally to ensure timely resolution for our customers
  • Become the interface and/or relationship (point of contact) for our key customers with respect to pre-trade issues such as AML, KYC, Onboarding, risk, legal, trade, tax, regulatory and operational.
  • Develop and implement client driven solutions to enhance the client experience through the trade lifecycle.
  • Assist in the negotiation of key legal terms which are impacting Citi’s ability to sign documents and commence trading.
  • Coordinate the setup and completion of other bespoke agreements or arrangements to help drive the customer franchise.
  • Create metrics for use in client tracking and improved transparency.
  • Work with management and others on the team globally to ensure that the strategic goals are met.
  • Work closely with Citi’s Credit, Legal, Onboarding, Trading/XVA, Sales and Ops teams to ensure an efficient overall client experience.
  • Assist in managing client education with respect to key regulatory changes which impact how we trade – e.g. Dodd Frank, FATCA, EMIR, UMR, LIBOR, Crypto, AML etc.
  • Present trade ideas at a weekly Committee for approval by various stakeholders (XVA/Trading desk, Risk, Legal).
Responsibilities
  • Provide a point of escalation for our key customers with respect to a number of pre-trade queries ensuring optimal client experience.
  • Assist in the coordination of Onboarding, Credit, Legal and Operational efforts related to new and existing business integral to the franchise.
  • Oversee the maintenance of, and the design of new processes/protocols to ensure efficient processing and escalation of client request or issues.
