Sprig is a SaaS platform that helps tech companies improve their products by providing fast, actionable user insights. The service collects both numerical data (like user actions and metrics) and descriptive feedback (comments and impressions) from users and samples of designs or prototypes. It works by integrating with a company’s existing tools to capture user events and attributes, then analyzes the data and uses AI to automatically summarize behavior patterns and highlight key product learnings. Teams can use the insights to understand how users experience a product and where to make improvements, without leaving their current workflows. Sprig differentiates itself through seamless integrations with common tools, a combination of quantitative and qualitative data, and AI-generated summaries that speed up decision-making. The goal is to help organizations accelerate product excellence and improve customer experience by turning raw user data into clear, actionable guidance.
