Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
  • A valid California driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel.
  • The ability to pass an FBI/Department of Justice clearance and background check is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, including VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS assessments, and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, and BCBA candidates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor client progress and provide detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education units.
  • Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish capability is highly preferred.
