Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field: Accounting, Economics or Commerce.
  • 2 or more years of experience dealing with monthly nominations, rail, 3rd party Storage and Inventory positions
  • Ability to process multiple transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Ability to ensure detailed product flows are managed within the broader context of facility capabilities, varied contractual obligations, and changing operational conditions.
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel and Microsoft word.
  • Previous related work experience in NGL operations is a requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Actively manage pipeline, rail and facility nominations. Reconcile nominations with actual deliveries and manage discrepancies.
  • Monitor storage levels for all parties at designated facilities.
  • Actively track product transfers within and between adjoining facilities as well as associated pipeline, rail, and truck shipments.
  • Distribute storage, truck and rail lifting reports.
  • Schedule and manage all 3rd party rail business and positions.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing facility outages.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize assets and service delivery to customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of marketing and logistics systems; eONE and GeoMetrix are an asset.
