Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys, paralegals and legal professionals in the lane.
- Actively manage calendars and work with other administrative professionals to schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, etc.
- Plan and support department, lane, and team meetings and events
- Schedule and plan travel.
- Track expenses, manage supply purchasing and support the management of the budget.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization, serve as the lane ambassador and establish a working relationship with administrative colleagues and internal clients.
- Provide contract administration support at the direction of attorneys, paralegals and legal professionals in the lane.
- Execute various special assignments and other tasks as requested.
- Participating in process improvement and establishment of best-demonstrated practices.
- Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience supporting senior executives and legal professionals preferred
- Previous contract administration experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

Salary/ Wage Range
$27.16 - $39.90 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
