Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in business solutions, platform leadership, product ownership, program leadership, or related roles supporting customer-facing systems and business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with customer platforms such as customer relationship management, customer service or case management, contact center, marketing automation, or related customer engagement technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Experience, including customer support workflows, omnichannel engagement, and front-office operations.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and applying artificial intelligence and automation capabilities to customer-facing use cases such as conversational artificial intelligence, workflow automation, transcription, and self-service.
  • Proven ability to establish governance, prioritization, and intake practices and bring structure to complex, fast-moving, or loosely governed workstreams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders and operate effectively across matrixed teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity, platform tradeoffs, and technical debt into clear business impact narratives and practical recommendations.
  • Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand new business domains and apply technology thoughtfully to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic technology partner to Americas Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Experience stakeholders by translating business objectives into clear solution direction and actionable plans.
  • Own and help evolve the platform strategy for customer-facing capabilities across customer relationship management, case and ticketing, contact center, chat, self-service, knowledge management, and related tools.
  • Act as the business-facing process lead who translates stakeholder needs into prioritized, executable solutions and clear success criteria.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and resolve system inefficiencies impacting user experience and proactively strategize scalable, future-proof solutions for evolving business needs.
  • Establish and support intake, prioritization, and governance processes for customer platform initiatives, ensuring visibility into business value, sequencing, resource tradeoffs, and platform alignment.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and artificial intelligence capabilities, including when to leverage embedded platform functionality versus external or custom solutions, while ensuring alignment with company artificial intelligence policy, security standards, and business value.
  • Help define the strategy for omnichannel customer engagement, including customer relationship management, telephony or contact center, chat, self-service, and related customer workflows.
  • Lead proofs of concept and pilot efforts to validate new capabilities, assess business value, and reduce risk before broader rollout.
  • Bring discipline to execution through stakeholder analysis, testing expectations, user acceptance planning, rollout readiness, and adoption or change coordination.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Platform Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Security, Data, Operations Excellence, and business stakeholders to reduce blind spots and delivery risk.
  • Support vendor evaluations, contract and renewal discussions, support escalations, and vendor alignment in partnership with procurement and enterprise architecture.
  • Support front-office mergers and acquisitions planning by assessing business processes, tools, and customer experience implications and recommending phased approaches aligned with business priorities.
  • Mentor and guide business analysts, platform specialists, and delivery partners on solution planning, platform governance, and operational readiness.
  • Produce clear communications and executive-level reporting that connects technical tradeoffs, priorities, and risks to business impact and recommended decisions.

Allegion beats Q2 estimates with $1.15B revenue, stock soars 8.3%

Allegion, a security hardware provider, reported second-quarter revenue of $1.15 billion, beating analyst estimates by 3.1% and marking 12.7% year-on-year growth. The company's non-GAAP earnings of $2.40 per share exceeded consensus estimates by 8.3%. Adjusted EBITDA reached $296.7 million with a 25.8% margin, surpassing expectations by 7.9%. Organic revenue rose 6.9% year on year. Management raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance to $8.93 at the midpoint, a 1.4% increase. Operating margin held steady at 22.1% compared to the same quarter last year, whilst free cash flow margin declined to 15.7% from 18.8%. Analysts project revenue growth of 4.2% over the next 12 months, representing a deceleration from recent performance. Allegion's market capitalisation stands at $12.03 billion.

Allegion unveils Schlage XE360 with RealSync at Apartmentalize 2026

Allegion US is unveiling new interoperable electronic access control solutions at NAA Apartmentalize 2026, including integrations between Schlage Zentra and Gatewise platforms. The security solutions provider is showcasing its Schlage XE360 Series with RealSync technology, which provides real-time connectivity via existing Wi-Fi infrastructure without requiring additional gateways or hubs. Allegion launches first campus-to-community student housing solution with mobile wallet access

Allegion US has launched Campus-to-Community Student Living, a unified mobile-first ecosystem designed for off-campus student housing operators. The solution integrates hardware, mobile credentials and software partners to create an interoperable environment connecting campus and community living spaces. At its core is Schlage's Resident Key, available in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, enabling students to access residences, amenities and campus facilities via iPhone, Apple Watch, Android phones and Wear OS smartwatches. The platform aims to address challenges including compressed turnover cycles and disconnected technology systems. Earlier this year, Allegion partnered with Preiss, IRIS Technologies and Quext to deploy the nation's first off-campus student housing mobile wallet experience at The Collective at Norman, serving University of Oklahoma students. BofA cuts Allegion target to $150 on weak Q1 results and lower sector multiples

BofA has lowered its price target for Allegion plc to $150 from $157, maintaining a Neutral rating following weaker-than-expected first-quarter performance and lower sector multiples. The security products company reported $1.03 billion in revenue for Q1 2026, up 9.7% year-on-year. However, adjusted earnings per share fell 3.2% to $1.80. Operating income declined 0.6% to $195.3 million, whilst both operating margin (18.9%) and adjusted operating margin (21.2%) decreased from the previous year. CEO John H. Stone highlighted strong revenue growth in the Americas' non-residential and electronics businesses. Allegion operates through two segments: Allegion Americas and Allegion International, providing security products and solutions.
