  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain
  • Proven analytical and organizational abilities
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment
  • Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team
  • Work together with people from the business unit
  • Execute routine as well as complex analysis
  • Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions
  • Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
