  • 3-4 years of demonstrated revenue enablement experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Instructional Technology
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
  • Create, design, plan and execute training programs and learning experiences
  • Proficiency and experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with content management software

  • Able to build internal relationships with sales, post-sales and marketing teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Work with revenue leadership to develop, execute and assess our programs
  • Become a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to help continuously improve our enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the team
  • Conducting evaluations of each training session to assess learner comprehension of the material covered and identify any areas for improvement
  • Create lesson plans, develop course materials, and manage project plans
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Create eLearning modules and storyboards
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in a high-growth company that has moved from early-stage to C+ rounds
  • You have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and/or selling into large corporations
