Requirements
- 3-4 years of demonstrated revenue enablement experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Instructional Technology
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
- Create, design, plan and execute training programs and learning experiences
- Proficiency and experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, and other productivity tools
- Experience with content management software

- Able to build internal relationships with sales, post-sales and marketing teams
- Excellent written and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work with revenue leadership to develop, execute and assess our programs
- Become a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, and marketing teams
- Gather and relay feedback to help continuously improve our enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the team
- Conducting evaluations of each training session to assess learner comprehension of the material covered and identify any areas for improvement
- Create lesson plans, develop course materials, and manage project plans
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
- Create eLearning modules and storyboards
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-growth company that has moved from early-stage to C+ rounds
- You have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and/or selling into large corporations
