Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Life Division, including New Business, Underwriting (UW), and Operations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the division’s profit and loss in coordination with the executive team to achieve targeted financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors, CEO, corporate staff, and external stakeholders, representing the Life Division’s interests and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to shape and implement company strategies that support annual profit and growth targets for the Life Division.
  • Drive day-to-day management of the Life Division, focusing on efficient business processes and fostering improvements across all Life functions.
  • Ensure effective execution of strategic and tactical initiatives, integrating corporate goals into division operations for cohesive performance.
  • Exercise strategic, operational, and administrative decision-making in response to evolving market conditions and internal dynamics.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to track the Life Division’s progress against goals.
