  • 5+ years of B2B event marketing experience
  • Proven success building and owning an event program and executing on a wide range of event types
  • Experience sourcing and managing external resources
  • Working knowledge of a CRM platform, such as Salesforce, and experience with setting, driving, and reporting on event performance metrics
  • Superb event management, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Architect, drive, and own Watershed’s event strategy
  • Plan, manage, and execute first- and third-party event activations
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on program strategy
  • Write clear and compelling event communications
  • Manage budgets, resources, and external vendors and agencies
  • Research opportunities based on objectives, target audiences, and industries
  • Regularly evaluate event outcomes and successes
  • Manage a network of vendors and resources
