  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program at time of application
  • Graduating between September 7, 2025 and September 30, 2026
  • 3+ years of full-time industry work experience (not including internships or part-time work), which occurred between the conferral date from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA; OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA program
  • Must be able to commit for an internship lasting eight to ten weeks between June and August 2025 (exact dates to be discussed with a Recruiter)
Responsibilities
  • Partner with key business groups and cross-functional teams to analyze unique business ideas
  • Make data driven decisions
  • Provide input to drive meaningful change
  • Act as an in-house consultant on a piece of work with tangible business impact
  • Experience the day-to-day life of a full-time Launch MBA at Amazon
Desired Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-time industry (not including internships)/military work experience prior to your MBA
  • Fluency in a European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
  • Demonstration of interest in the technology industry, such as: Undergraduate/Master’s degree in computer science or engineering; prior work experience in a start-up or technology company; SQL or programming experience, etc.
  • Demonstration of experience in sales or account management
  • Demonstrated capability of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
  • Consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Comfortable with 'hands-on' management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, contending priorities simultaneously
