Provide operational support through timely and accurate processing of managed reports, surplus and workflows regarding distributed product on inbound and outbound orders.

Responsibilities
Investigate product held stock for damages, expired, licensing and recall issues. Act as a liaison between warehouses and vendors to allocate charges as necessary.
Evaluate and make timely decisions regarding customer returns while being cognizant of thresholds and procedures to prevent surplus.
Review and process daily reports including but not limited to corporate surplus file, customer returns and DED’s.
Research customer requests for allocation and route product allocations by the specific vendors.
Repot to sales on stock levels for customer exits by compiling and customizing data as necessary.
Respond and action miscellaneous internal and external representative, customer and DSM service requests regarding stock levels. Coordinate vendor returns when necessary.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel (ie: using SUM function, sort/filter, IF, VLOOKUP functions, Pivot tables).
Basic skill level in Microsoft Word (ie: formatting, inserting headers, outlines/bullets, page breaks, pictures and charts)
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook (ie: creating folders, categories, utilizing calendar, coordinating meetings)

Work Experience
Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/ project is accomplished within tight timeframes.
Experience building and maintaining relationships within and between teams.
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (ie: using macros and advanced formulas).
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook (ie: creating folders, categories, utilizing calendar, coordinating meetings)
Basic skill level in enterprise software (SAP preferred).
