ES SAP Cloud Architect

Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support S4Hana implementation for SAP TM. The ideal candidate will bring 10 + years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements. 
• Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities such as planning, execution, charge management, freight settlement, and integration with S4HANA. 
• Provide expertise in both Freight Order Management and Transportation Planning & Execution. 
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP ERP, 3^rd Party Systems). 
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of TM processes. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP TM modules. 
• Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support. 

  Required Skills: 

• 10+ years of strong SAP TM experience. 
• Deep understanding of SAP TM architecture and functionalities. 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (preferred). 
• Experience with configuration and customization of SAP TM modules. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, production, warehousing and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other business processes. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues related to SAP TM configuration, data integrity, system performance, and integration points. 
• Strong communication and documentation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 

Nice to Have: 

• Integration experience with SAP EWM, LBN  
• Experience with Mining Industry in transportation/logistics domain consulting
