Responsibilities
  • Lead the Activation of New Workflows - you’ll own ensuring that new partnerships and integrations are adopted by our customers. LiveRamp’s customers want to manage the entire customer journey, and this role will own the initial adoption and, ultimately, the scaling of these workflows.
  • Partner Development - you’ll collaborate with our Connectivity & Ecosystem BD leads to work closely with our partners to identify and flesh out the narrative of new integrations and opportunities. You’ll use this story to help drive customer adoption and ensure that we are meeting both internal and partner goals.
  • Enabling global brands and agencies on our Conversion APIs - LiveRamp has developed state-of-the-art integrations with the world’s leading conversion APIs, including Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and now needs to drive brand usage of these new technologies. You’ll work to educate, pitch, and deploy our Conversion Module to our brands.
  • Enabling global brands and agencies on new media and publisher destinations - LiveRamp’s goal is to make it safe and easy for our brands to use their data to personalize the consumer journey. To this end, we’re constantly launching new media and publisher partners and integrations that our brands can send and receive data to. You’ll work to encourage the adoption and usage of these new destinations.
  • Cross-Org Collaboration - you’ll work closely without product, commercial, and marketing teams to drive success and usage of our network.
  • External Messaging - you’ll partner closely with our Marketing and Product Marketing teams to publish press releases, case studies and customer success stories around our new integrations. You’ll be responsible for helping identify the appropriate format and messaging to help drive adoption of LiveRamp solutions, globally. Evangelize external messaging at public industry events and other public speaking opportunities.
  • Industry Leadership - You’ll develop and maintain robust relationships with the largest marketers in the industry. You’ll be seen as a connectivity expert who can help advise these marketers on how LiveRamp helps them today and areas for future collaboration. You’ll be able to represent LiveRamp at various customer events, conferences, and trade shows.
