Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electromechanical component design
  • Working knowledge of high-volume manufacturing methods
  • Hands-on experience performing tolerance analyses, DFM reviews, component testing, reliability validation, and failure analyses
  • Experience using 3D CAD software and analysis tools
  • Project or work experience demonstrating technical capability in mechanical design, FEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, and knowledge of engineering materials
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for design, analysis, and evaluation of electromechanical components
  • Design ownership throughout the development cycle
  • Work with suppliers, Manufacturing teams, and Procurement partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally throughout Development and Operations Teams
  • Some international travel may be required
