Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Information Technology.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology risk management and internal controls implementation, including both building and operating a function.
  • Proven ability to convey complex risk topics to varied audiences, including executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Successful track record in a global environment, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with experience in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to build APIs between various governance tools to streamline data integration.
  • Lead efforts to develop APIs for automated risk reporting to enhance data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive automation in controls, including testing and monitoring, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement a Digital Solutions scorecard to track key performance metrics.
  • Lead efforts to create and maintain a comprehensive controls/risks dashboard for real-time insights and decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations for Management reporting.
Desired Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in a large global organization leading the technology risk function.
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
