Requirements
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field
  • Human resources, administrative, and/or coordinating experience preferred
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)
  • Experience with applicant tracking system (Lever) considered a plus
  • Strong people skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of energy, drive, initiative, and commitment
  • Able to work onsite 40 hours per week
  • Mandarin speaking is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting programs
  • Provide client service and facilitate an excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process
  • Perform end to end recruitment administrative support: candidates sourcing, resume screenings, new hire paperwork, etc
  • Interact with the Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule interviews in a timely manner
  • Support and coordinate company activities and events
  • Manage confidential information in a discrete way
  • Perform other duties as necessary
