Bodyport is a virtual cardiac clinic aimed at reducing the burden of heart disease through personalized, evidence-based care. As Medical Director, Cardiology, you will help ensure Bodyport’s clinical and commercial strategies are guided by rigorous medical and scientific validation. You will provide oversight of our clinical strategy and studies, helping to drive the science that makes Bodyport the standard of care. You will represent Bodyport in the medical and scientific community through research publications and presentations and be a leading voice for the product among providers and payers. You will help inform the development of Bodyport’s virtual care services, driving improved outcomes that help drive the adoption of value-based healthcare.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

Your role at Bodyport
- Help develop and communicate a robust clinical and regulatory strategy for cardiovascular disease
- Work with senior leadership to integrate the clinical strategy with the commercial and product roadmap
- Lead publication strategy for results from clinical studies and present results at major conferences
- Provide medical oversight to strategic decision making
- Ensure coordination between clinical, regulatory, and care delivery teams
- Help build and establish Bodyport’s digital care solution, including clinical protocols, training materials/curriculum, care coach leadership
- Serve as Principal Investigator and/or advisor for existing and future clinical studies
- Represent Bodyport at customer and partner meetings, educating payers and other stakeholders on clinical utility and cost-effectiveness
- Forge strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical advisory board
You’d be a fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience practicing in cardiology
- 3+ years of industry experience in digital health, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- A passion for new medical technology and models of healthcare delivery
- A focus on quality improvement and outcomes-driven value-based care
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
