Requirements
  • 5+ years in a channel role at a SaaS company (preferably during the on-premises to cloud transition)
  • Experience with business consulting (preferably with tech consultancies and/or channel partners/solution providers/professional services organizations)
  • Deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented with SaaS business model
  • A strong understanding of Channel Partner business models and the role partners play to solution, sell and service software products
  • Deep understanding of channel partner practices with a SaaS company
  • Experience with Jira in an Admin capacity
Responsibilities
  • Owns the strategy for how we help partners build a robust cloud practice, focusing on professional services
  • Responsible for the requirement roadmaps for technical, sales and marketing enablement
  • Responsible for a monthly read out of state of Cloud Migration Ability for each regional theater - including SWOT Analysis and services offering and rate variance
  • Responsible for coordinating webinars with internal Atlassians (Product Managers, Cloud Migration Managers, Cloud Sales Leads) to showcase our roadmap, learnings and adjustments
  • Contributes to larger projects around internal initiatives on Cloud
  • Communicate deltas of the product roadmap to Partners, and help convey the impact (both positive and negative) of the roadmap tradeoffs
  • Maintain line-of-sight into cloud-initiatives aimed at improving Atlassian cloud-choice rate from various teams across the sales org and report that back to the channel team
