What would you do? We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our learning design team. In this role, you will support the creation of engaging, effective, and visually appealing eLearning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Rise. You will work closely with senior designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and media teams to bring learning content to life.
Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and similar tools
Structure content into clear, logical, and learner-friendly formats
Apply basic instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences
Collaborate with SMEs to gather and organize content
Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all learning materials
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure functionality and accuracy of courses
Maintain project documentation and version control
What are we looking for? Basic understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, especially Articulate Rise
Strong written communication and content structuring skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or related field
Internship or academic project experience in eLearning or content development
Exposure to tools like Articulate Storyline
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsAny Graduation
