  • 5+ years experience with the U.S. Federal Government
  • A customer first mindset
  • Account management experience with ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within portfolio
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence C-Level Executives
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with tactical clients and management teams
  • A strong bias for action - a problem solver with leadership skills
  • Broad cyber security experience a plus
  • Previous experience supporting a book multiple clients
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and GainSight a plus
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates in the DC Metro Area
Responsibilities
  • Be the Synack advocate and expert in aligning Synack solutions with client needs
  • Foster and manage a strategic relationship with the client to guarantee renewals and opportunities for future growth
  • Own the full relationship of supported clients and manage towards those renewal goals to ensure you hit assigned quota
  • Perform technical scoping of projects to ensure it aligns with defined project plans and track milestones required for execution
