We are a leading-edge medical practice committed to revolutionizing the healthcare experience for Medicaid and Medicare patients through telemedicine. Specializing in chronic disease management, health assessments, and improving patient outcomes, our mission is to deliver superior care directly to patients in the family caregiver home care environment. By leveraging telemedicine technologies, we aim to empower family caregivers and patients in managing health effectively from their homes.
The Practice Director will spearhead our telemedicine-focused medical practice, managing all aspects of operations, clinical services, and administration to ensure the provision of unparalleled care to our patients. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader adept at orchestrating the strategic and day-to-day operations, cultivating a culture of innovation, compassion, and excellence in healthcare delivery.
Every Day You Will:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute strategic plans that resonate with our core mission of delivering premium telemedicine services to family caregivers, focusing on chronic disease management, health assessments, and wellness.
- Operational and Clinical Oversight: Direct daily operations to ensure efficient and effective telemedicine service delivery. Enhance processes for scheduling, patient communication, and technological utilization to improve care delivery and patient satisfaction. Ensure clinical practices are current, compliant, and promote high-quality care.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee and expand Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, collections, claims management, insurance verification, credentialing, and contracting. Ensure accurate and timely financial operations to maximize reimbursement and financial health of the practice.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, with a particular focus on Medicaid and Medicare policies. Maintain compliance with telehealth regulations and patient privacy laws.
- Financial Management: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, to support the practice’s growth and sustainability. Develop strategies to optimize Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and nurture a multidisciplinary team, promoting an environment of support, inclusivity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Partnership and Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and technology partners to enhance service offerings and extend reach to the target population.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Clinical background (RN, NP, PA) is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a preference for expertise in telemedicine, home care, or outpatient settings.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, reimbursement, and compliance.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution within healthcare environments.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of leading diverse teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative workplace.
- Robust financial acumen with experience in managing healthcare operations budgets and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital health technologies.

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
