- A high school diploma is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

- Candidates must be willing to complete Registered Behavior Technician certification if not already certified.

- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision.
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and track session data.
- Support children's skill development and promote positive behavior.
- Share progress with the clinical team.
- Experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional is desirable.
- Existing Registered Behavior Technician certification is desirable.
