Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field is required.
  • Experience in service, parts, strategy development, planning, and/or strategic communication is required.
  • Strong communication and strategic planning experience are required.
  • Strong PowerPoint visualization and Excel skills are required.
  • Alteryx and Tableau skills are required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Toyota Motor North America sales growth strategies focused on wholesale parts with Toyota Region and field teams.
  • Work with existing and future business partners to negotiate, administer, evaluate, and optimize price match programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted parts sales strategies and increase total parts sales and market share of wholesale parts.
  • Conduct external research to evaluate future growth opportunities and partnerships that could generate additional wholesale parts sales.
  • Evaluate region and dealer performance using key performance indicators and develop and implement solutions for growing wholesale parts sales.
  • Develop materials to promote Toyota Motor North America wholesale parts programs for Toyota Region field teams and dealerships.
  • Collaborate with business partners to launch new wholesale and collision parts programs and conduct training for field teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support Toyota stakeholders.
  • Present sales performance and project updates to department executives and team members.
  • Identify opportunities to grow Fleet Parts sales.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host onsite and offsite meetings and events.
