Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant construction planning work packaging experience in major Oil & Gas engineering and construction projects
  • Experience working in industrial modular fabrication and construction
  • Proficient in NavisWorks or other 3D modeling and work packaging software
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL or similar relational database management systems preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with ability to effectively prioritize, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and business needs, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently summarize and prioritize information
Responsibilities
  • Development and maintenance of planning & advanced work packaging processes and procedures
  • Development and quantification of construction and commissioning performance targets
  • Development and maintenance of internal company plans & schedules
  • Contribute to reviews of Contractor execution plans & schedules
  • Provide oversight and leadership to Contractor Planning teams
  • Set up and maintain reporting and dashboard templates for consistent communication
  • Present and effectively communicate plan & detailed execution information internally and externally
  • Develop and maintain graphical summary depictions of execution plan
  • Monitor progress
  • Develop mitigations when interruptions to the plan arise
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
