Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in a director of Revenue Operations or similar GTM operations role
  • Deep understanding of product-led SaaS business strategies
  • Experience in a target-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong Excel (or equivalent) skills and technical knowledge of rev-ops systems and tools
  • Proven ability to hire and develop A+ talent
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and act without being told what to do
Responsibilities
  • Manage the current revenue operations team
  • Work cross-functionally with go-to-market leaders to analyze and map out the current go-to-market strategy
  • Identify, attract and hire A+ players to scale and up level the current team
  • Develop strategies in areas such as segmentation/specialization, pipeline generation and planning, forecasting, tech system roadmap, capacity planning, product qualified lead/account strategies, demand generation, and lead routing optimization
