Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Systems, and other key teams, providing guidance on optimal pricing strategies and deal structures while maintaining clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Drive the creation and rollout of scalable contracting policies and processes that support both operational efficiency and company objectives.
  • Foster a culture focused on ongoing enhancement, documenting best practices, and embedding a data-centric approach throughout the organization.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate deal metrics to uncover business insights and pinpoint areas for optimization.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of system upgrades and projects that reinforce Deal Desk operations, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with broader strategic goals.
