Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Data Practitioner to manage, architect and analyze big data in order to build data driven insights and high impact data models. Create a value chain to help address the challenges of acquiring data, evaluating its value, distilling & analyzing. Examine data from multiple sources and share insights which provide competitive advantage. Contribute to assets/offerings and thought leadership. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of expertise and enhance Accenture’s marketplace reputation.

Here’s what you need:

Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree in:
- Data visualization tools to include Tableau
- Performing Data Conversion/migration
- Performing Business Analytics

Bonus points if you have:

Knowledge of ArcGIS
Knowledge of Bathymetry
5 years of experience working with the Government on new production capabilities/services
5 years of experience performing ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner
5 years of experience conducting undirected research and frame open-ended industry/customer questions
5 years of experience creating/maintaining tools to extract features from a variety of sources including raster to vector, vector to vector, text to vector, and text to database
5 years of experience writing/maintaining Python scripts in ArcGIS to improve efficiency of the production process

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI clearance

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $105,200 - $168,400 

Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500 

New York City: $121,700 - $168,400

Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
