- Extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional testing, covering financial, procurement, and order management modules.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and ERP validation best practices.
- Hands-on experience in system integration testing with Jaggaer, Vertex, Lynx, and Baxter.
- Ability to design and execute test scripts, test plans, and automated test cases.
- Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting accuracy.
- Expertise in defect tracking systems and ability to collaborate on issue resolution with developers and analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing for Oracle E-Business Suite modules including Purchase Order Creation, Sales Order Creation, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, and Opening & Closing Periods.
- Assess dropshipping workflows and ensure third-party fulfillment is correctly integrated within Oracle EBS.
- Verify order management processes from order initiation to fulfillment and invoicing.
- Test inventory for data accuracy and real-time stock visibility within integrated systems.
- Perform system integration testing with external applications such as Jaggaer, Vertex, Lynx, and Baxter.
- Validate data integrity across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and tax calculations.
- Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and system errors, and work with development teams for resolutions.
- Leverage automation frameworks for regression testing and repetitive validation processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, industry regulations, and audit compliance.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and defect tracking reports for thorough documentation for future reference.
- Conduct performance and regression testing post-upgrades or patches to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with business users to confirm requirements alignment, enhancing usability and reporting accuracy.
- Oracle E-Business Suite Certification
- ERP Testing-related Certification
- Exposure to cloud ERP implementations, including hybrid EBS-cloud integrations.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or LoadRunner for Oracle EBS validations.
- Experience in multi-site ERP implementations within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to analyze business workflows, improve testing strategies, and collaborate on process enhancements.
