Responsibilities
  • Provide field technical sales support to customers for company products and systems.
  • Manage and service the existing business and client base within the sales territory.
  • Establish and maintain professional business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings, discuss new opportunities and products, cross-sell products, follow up on orders and applications, and close orders.
  • Prospect, generate, and qualify sales opportunities and leads; conduct sales calls and meetings; provide recommendations; and discuss product options and opportunities.
  • Visit customers to review products and applications and recommend solutions suited to their needs.
  • Manage the customer relationship management process by creating, submitting, tracking, and updating proposals, quotations, and customer inquiries in Salesforce.
  • Participate in joint calls with management, suppliers, and representatives from other divisions.
  • Liaise with internal team members to provide product and system technical support and assist with product selection and proposals.
  • Participate in joint calls with strategic suppliers to discover opportunities and strengthen the company offering.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, deliver professional technical presentations, and promote core products for specific applications.
  • Set professional development goals, work toward fulfilling them, and attend required training.
