Requirements
  • 6+ years in the IT space with 4+ years of proven experience in design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of sox compliance regulations and its implementation in the IT/SaaS applications space.
  • Proven experience with managing cloud applications and platforms.
  • Strong background in P2P (Procure to Pay) and R2R (Record to Report) Modules - GL, AP, AR, FA, Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), Cash Management and FCCS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both engineering and non-engineering audiences with customer focus and problem solving approach.
  • Experience in designing the oracle financials and consolidation solutions and reporting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Displays a proven record of successfully completing at least 2+ full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial solutions leading significant tracks on larger projects, leading medium sized consulting engagements, and/or leading production support efforts;
  • Exhibits hands-on functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
  • Understands and displays business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle Cloud Financials modules e.g., payment process, matching process, month-end close, etc.;
  • Designs, implements and supports complex business processes in an Oracle environment;
  • Understands the importance of a structured, controlled production systems environment;
  • Communicates technical and functional concepts to business users to facilitate business decision making;
  • Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader
  • Drive to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence and on-time delivery.
  • Ability to find out-of-box solutions to best fit Robinhood’s needs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to overcome all obstacles and challenges with little to no supervision
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Corporate Accounting to transform business and automate processes to improve month- end close.
  • Working closely with multiple cross-functional teams such as Corporate accounting, Procurement, Finance & Strategy, Security, Tax, Technical Accounting and Reporting, SOX Compliance and Legal etc.,
  • Assessing business requirements, evaluating possible solutions and them implementing and/or recommending solutions
  • Creating and maintaining standards, procedures and documentation related to areas of responsibility. May participate in system audits and perform testing for disaster recovery or SOX Controls, ensuring a secure processing environment that protects the integrity and availability of information
  • Identifies new technical opportunities, processes or quality improvements and works to realize impact. Drives solutions with smooth execution of strategically important projects
  • Implementing SaaS system changes and administering access to systems and information within approved IT security policies, guidelines, and standards
  • Participate in SOX discussions to make finance systems in compliant. Conduct User Access Reviews and support Audit requests.
  • Performing Proof of Concept exercises to test and evaluate competing design ideas and demonstrate functionality to business partners
  • Provides key technical input in creating and prioritizing the team's roadmap and goals
  • Collaborates, builds relationships, and drives alignment with stakeholders within their scope.
