  • Eight+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Management Consulting, or Strategic Sales within the Software as a Service ecosystem.
  • Proven history of hitting or exceeding growth and retention targets on a personal book of business.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn data into a narrative that resonates with non-technical executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead clients through industry changes (e.g., privacy changes, cookie deprecation, first-party data strategies).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive revenue growth (upselling/cross-selling).
  • A strong conceptual understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform (Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer) ecosystem and how it integrates into the broader MarTech/AdTech landscape.
Responsibilities
  • Commercial Growth Strategy: Identify and bridge the gap between a client’s current state and their 'North Star' goals, creating a natural path for upsell and cross-sell of the Adobe stack.
  • Strategic Roadmap Governance: Partner with the Product and/or Transformation Leads to deliver high-level strategic workshops that align the client’s business transformation goals with Adobe’s product evolution and Adswerve’s Digital Experience solutions.
  • Narrative Excellence: Elevate the Adswerve Story by moving beyond metrics; lead the creation of client roadmaps, business reviews, and pitch decks, ensuring narratives demonstrate value tied to business objectives and convert technical milestones into financial outcomes.
  • Deal Architect & Closer: Close on high-stakes renewals and upsells; lead complex pricing negotiations to ensure profitability and long-term mutual value.
  • Portfolio Intelligence & Executive Reporting: Act as the primary source of truth for Adswerve leadership regarding your book of business; aggregate updates and provide high-level strategic insights on revenue trends, churn risks, and expansion velocity for board-level and executive decision-making.
  • Executive Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders (including VP/C-Level); map complex enterprise organizations to find new budget owners and stakeholders across business units.
  • Integrated Solutions Consulting: Speak confidently to Adswerve’s Analytics & Personalization solutions, identify opportunities for Cloud & Programmatic Media, and guide clients on People and Process shifts required to maximize Adobe investment.
  • Orchestration: Act as the 'General Manager' of the account, coordinating between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to present a unified front to the customer when challenges, roadblocks, or opportunities arise.
  • Strategic Partner Liaison: Manage high-level relationships with key partners (such as Adobe), advocating for clients to unlock beta opportunities and advanced support, and collaborating to drive create and co-sell opportunities for Adswerve.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling or consulting on Programmatic/Media (DV360, The Trade Desk, Search Ads 360, Amazon, Social) and/or Data Science/Cloud (Marketing Mix Modeling, Propensity modeling, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform components beyond general knowledge, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply to client strategies.
  • Experience with complex enterprise-level negotiations and deal structuring beyond standard renewals.
