  • Masters degree in Engineering – Electrical, Electronics or Systems Engineering
  • Technical Leadership - Experience with complex power systems, power conversion, electrical hardware design and development, preferably in the areas of lithium-battery powered consumer or industrial products
  • 15+ years of relevant engineering work experience
  • 8+ years managing or leading teams
  • Experience with high-volume design and manufacturing
  • Prior experience with lithium battery power systems integration, connected devices (IoT products), and Design to Value / VAVE implementations
  • Experience managing global supply base and contract manufacturing
Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team across multiple product lines, driving electrical and electronics systems design and integration
  • Manage all aspects of the design, development, integration, testing and life cycle management
  • Provide team leadership and guidance across business and technical topics for advanced system integration
  • Provide employee training and development programs to grow talent and increase engagement
  • Collaborate with supporting teams for sub-system design, testing and development, supplier selection, manufacturing, and product support.
  • Establish a product strategy for advanced systems solutions.
