A Perfect Fit for Future Closers
If you’re currently training in sales or closing, this opportunity aligns perfectly with what you’re learning. As an agent, you’ll step into a dual setter + closer role — all in one. You’ll receive hot, pre-qualified leads directly from the company, and be taught how to self-generate the highest closing leads in the industry. Your job is to connect, educate, and close — all on the first call. No cold outreach, no chasing uninterested prospects. It’s a fast-paced, high-conversion role designed for individuals who are serious about putting their closing skills to work in a real-world, commission-driven environment.
Income Potential
This is a performance-based opportunity, which means you control your income. If you’re consistent and coachable, the income potential is significant.
- $10K/month starting is typical for committed new agents
- Income is performance-based and uncapped
- Commission rate is 50-80%
- Paid Weekly on Commission based
- With leadership income potential being the HIGHEST in the industry

Position: Licensed Life Insurance Agent
As an AO Globe Life agent, you’ll call individuals and families to walk them through their options, educate them about their benefits, and help them apply for coverage, over zoom. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your own team and develop leadership skills — if you’re ready for more.

FREE TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP. No experience required, just need to be willing to get licensed and be coachable.
Licensing
To get licensed, you’ll complete a self-paced, state-approved online course that typically takes around 2 weeks to finish. This course will walk you through the fundamentals of life insurance, key terminology, and the laws that govern the industry in your state. It’s designed for beginners — no prior experience needed. Once you pass the course and your state exam, you’ll be ready to start your career with full support and mentorship behind you.
