The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for navigating and organizing an executive’s commitments. You take initiative, operate with discretion and resourcefulness, and thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive and impactful as possible. Most importantly, you have a true desire to be helpful and go above and beyond to tackle challenges.

Core Responsibilities

Calendar management, prioritizing conflicting meeting requests.
Arrange business travel itineraries.
Maintain records of business transactions and submit expense reports.
Work both autonomously and in collaboration with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts.
Handle various matters with discretion and diplomacy (making reservations, scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, communicating with vendors, etc.).

What We Value

Ability to autonomously anticipate needs, multitask, prioritize, and pivot with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Demonstrated experience exercising professionalism and tact.

What We Require

At least one year of previous administrative or support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook calendaring.
Experience scheduling complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including booking and expense reporting (prior experience with Concur is a plus!).

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $60,000 - $97,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
