Requirements
- 1-3 years of directly relevant work experience in traffic operations analysis, traffic engineering, transportation planning, transit planning, or travel demand forecasting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban and regional planning, or related major
- Excellent technical writing and public speaking skills
- Experience with project management and marketing
- Willingness to travel to other geographic markets
- GIS experience (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve complex transportation planning or engineering problems involving all travel modes
- Communicate clearly and concisely using strong writing and presentation skills
- Use software programs effectively and make timely recommendations to decision makers
- Work on various projects including transit planning, traffic simulation, corridor studies, and more
- Manage projects and develop staff and client relationships
