Requirements
  • 1-3 years of directly relevant work experience in traffic operations analysis, traffic engineering, transportation planning, transit planning, or travel demand forecasting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban and regional planning, or related major
  • Excellent technical writing and public speaking skills
  • Experience with project management and marketing
  • Willingness to travel to other geographic markets
  • GIS experience (preferred, but not required)
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and solve complex transportation planning or engineering problems involving all travel modes
  • Communicate clearly and concisely using strong writing and presentation skills
  • Use software programs effectively and make timely recommendations to decision makers
  • Work on various projects including transit planning, traffic simulation, corridor studies, and more
  • Manage projects and develop staff and client relationships
