Required Skills
  • BS or BA degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in risk/compliance, vendor management, third-party risk management and/or related disciplines
  • VM/TPRM/Procurement experience in banking or Fintech is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Vendor Management and regulatory compliance activities
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and managing vendor management/TPRM/procurement programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starting with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Analytical, strategic, and tactical skills
  • Advanced technical skills preferred (Excel, SQL)
  • Establishing, implementing, and maintaining a global best-in-class robust, flexible Third-Party Risk Management program
  • Playing a pivotal role in procurement and supply chain operations
  • Governance and oversight of third-party risks
  • Assessing the effectiveness of controls in place
  • Building and implementing Zip's global TPRM program
  • Driving holistic and consistent TPRM
  • Overseeing vendor risk assessments and monitoring
  • Implementing tools and automation to improve TPRM management
  • Developing monthly TPRM reports
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Providing guidance on TPRM requirements
  • Reviewing regulations and crafting implementation plans
  • Supporting Zip's commitment to risk management and data protection
