  • Proficient in Adobe Pro and MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience with Abacus is desired, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Completed paralegal program
  • College degree preferred
  • Typically has 3-5 years of professional experience
Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • File pleadings with the court
  • Coordinate service of process and publication of legal notices
  • Schedule hearings and depositions
  • Draft correspondence to clients and third parties
  • Record real estate documents in various county clerk's offices
  • Obtain copies of documents filed with the court and county clerk's offices
  • Provide administrative support to the attorneys, including processing mail, making copies, scanning documents and screening telephone calls
  • Organize and maintain electronic files
